Sales Representative Magnets :

Reports to (Title):
    · Director, Sales & Marketing
Position Purpose:
    · As a Technical Sales Representative in the territory defined below, you will 
    be managing sales with a concentration on profitability and establishing product 
    marketing goals while servicing existing accounts. In addition, you will identify 
    new accounts and provide technical assistance to customers. Through working 
    closely with the factory based Quality Assurance, Engineering and Customer 
    Service departments, you will also coordinate product sales and delivery in 
    a fashion that meets our customers’ requirements and expectations. Dedication 
    to achieving departmental and corporate goals will be critical to the success 
    of overall business.
Skill Requirements:
    · Excellent interpersonal, communications and planning skills with the ability 
    to communicate technical information to customers and within the company to 
    both highly technical and non-technical personnel
    · English required as a strong second language
    · Experience in the application, design and manufacturing of magnetics materials 
    including soft ferrites, iron powder and permanent magnets
    · Knowledge of the use and design of passive components in electronic circuits 
    with an emphasis on magnetic components including transformers, filters and 
    inductors
    · Proficient computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel 
    and PowerPoint, knowledge of GoldMine contact management software is also 
    preferred but not required
    · Minimum of three (3) years experience in either inside or outside sales, marketing 
    or product line management position
Territory:
             -North America
Position Duties:
-Business growth and development
-Maintaining
    regular contact with established customer base, with an emphasis on developing 
    long term relationships, to help achieve corporate sales goals. · A 
    minimum travel schedule of  up to 25% within the territory will be required.
    · Be appraised of, have access to, and where possible, be conversant with key 
    decision making personnel at each major account in the territory.
    · Generate quotations and remain apprised of customer annual buy agreements 
    and perform relevant negotiations.
    · Prepare and present an annual sales and marketing strategy for the territory 
    to management, with periodic updates as requested or as necessary to achieve 
    sales goals.
    · Control channels of customer, factory and distributor communications.
    · Fully understand the technical capabilities for all MMG product lines
    · Integrate management, engineering, quality and operations personnel in customer 
    interface situations as required.
    · Introduce and establish new products to key customers with the support of 
    applications engineering and new product development team.
    · Attend and participate at trade shows and exhibitions within the territory
    · Formally report an overview of territorial activity including a continuing 
    summary of major programs and target accounts to Director of Sales & Marketing 
    on a monthly basis.
    · Continually monitor and critique sales support areas within MMG.
    · Control cost in territorial responsibilities.

Sales Representative - Ferrite Sales: ( two positions North America and China)
